## Support

Most integration questions are answered in the [documentation](https://docs.aiinbx.com). If yours is not, write with your workspace slug, and for an API call the `x-request-id` header of its response — it finds the exact request in our logs, which the time it was sent alone does not.

## Sales and plans

Plans and prices are on the [pricing page](/pricing). For volumes above the largest plan, a platform sending for many customers, or a contract of your own, write with the monthly volume you expect and how many domains or mailboxes it goes out from.

## Abuse reports

Report mail sent through AI Inbx that you did not ask for, or any other breach of the [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use). Include the full message with its headers, so the sending workspace can be identified.

## Privacy and legal

Requests about personal data follow the [Privacy Policy](/privacy); notices under the Digital Services Act and everything else a provider must disclose are in the [imprint](/imprint).
