Billing
Questions
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Developer is $5 a month and includes 5,000 emails.
- What is an advanced page?
- Attachment pages that have to be read as an image to become text, for example a scanned PDF. Pages that already contain text are free.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period.
- Is there annual billing?
- No. Billing is monthly. There is no contract and no setup fee.
- What happens when I cancel?
- The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- What if I need more than Scale?
- Turn on extra usage. It has no upper limit unless you set a cap.
