## Extra usage

Billed per unit past a plan’s allowance, at the same rate on every plan. Off until you turn it on. What counts is in [the docs](https://docs.aiinbx.com/guides/billing).

-   Additional emails: $0.001 per email ($1 per 1,000)
-   Advanced attachment processing: $0.01 per page ($10 per 1,000)

Billing

## Questions

-   Is there a free plan? No. Developer is $5 a month and includes 5,000 emails.
-   What is an advanced page? Attachment pages that have to be read as an image to become text, for example a scanned PDF. Pages that already contain text are free.
-   Can I change plans? Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the period.
-   Is there annual billing? No. Billing is monthly. There is no contract and no setup fee.
-   What happens when I cancel? The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
-   What if I need more than Scale? Turn on extra usage. It has no upper limit unless you set a cap.
