Refunds and cancellation

AI Inbx UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides and sells AI Inbx. Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments, with Sold through Link, LLC acting as merchant of record on our behalf. The Link purchase terms apply alongside our Terms of Service.

For invoices, payments, or refunds, contact Link support. For product help or any cancellation, refund, or withdrawal request, you can also email me@paukraft.com. You only need to contact one of us.

Cancel renewal in AI Inbx billing settings as a workspace owner or administrator, or open Link with your checkout email and select your subscription. Guest purchasers may need to create a Link account with the same email.

You can also email me@paukraft.com with your account email and workspace or order reference. Ordinary cancellation needs no reason and takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to the earlier dates and consumer notice limits in our Terms. Access continues until then; charges already incurred remain payable. Cancellation does not delete your workspace or automatically request a refund.

Statutory rights to terminate earlier remain unaffected. If you are exercising such a right, tell us the grounds and requested date. Without a specified date, we use the earliest permitted date.

We do not offer a general money-back guarantee or refunds for unused allowances or partially used billing periods unless your order says otherwise. Statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, incorrect charges, and the Link refund policy take priority over this restriction.

Send Link support or us your account email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Stripe processes refunds, normally to the original payment method. Mandatory reimbursement deadlines and consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. Starting to use your subscription does not by itself end this right. Withdrawal reverses the order; ordinary cancellation stops renewal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform AI Inbx UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kaiser-Joseph-Straße 254, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, email me@paukraft.com, of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may prepare the withdrawal email or use the model form below, but neither is mandatory.

For an order sold through Link, EU consumers can also contact Link support and request a refund with “cooling off period” as the reason. Link's terms provide 14 days from access to or delivery of the product. This additional route does not shorten your statutory period or require you to contact both Link and AI Inbx.

To meet the statutory deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period ends. A withdrawal is a declaration, not a discretionary refund application.

If you withdraw, payments received for the withdrawn contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged a reimbursement fee. Stripe processes reimbursement for Managed Payments orders on our behalf. Its involvement does not reduce your rights against us.

If you expressly asked for a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay only the proportionate amount for the service supplied before your withdrawal, and only where the statutory requirements for that payment are met.
