Withdrawal information

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform AI Inbx UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kaiser-Joseph-Straße 254, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, email me@paukraft.com, of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may prepare the withdrawal email or use the model form below, but neither is mandatory.

Where an electronic withdrawal function is displayed with an online contract, you may also use that function. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.

If you withdraw, payments received for the withdrawn contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not be charged a reimbursement fee. A merchant of record may process the reimbursement on our behalf.

If you expressly asked for a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay only the proportionate amount for the service supplied before your withdrawal, and only where the statutory requirements for that payment are met.
